Carlsberg to End Coca-Cola Partnership, Becomes PepsiCo Bottler in Nordic Region

Gate News message, April 21 — Carlsberg announced a new bottling partnership with PepsiCo, under which the Danish brewer will become the primary bottler for PepsiCo products in Denmark, Finland, and the Baltic states, effective January 1, 2029.

Carlsberg’s existing bottling agreement with Coca-Cola Company in Denmark and Finland will expire on December 31, 2028. The transition marks a significant shift in Carlsberg’s portfolio, consolidating its focus on PepsiCo beverages across Northern Europe.
