Jinshi data news on November 13th, Zhongbei Communication announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller Li Liubing intends to transfer 21.6988 million shares of the company, accounting for 5.00% of the total share capital, to Shanghai Jingge private sale Fund Management Partnership Enterprise by protocol transfer. The transfer price is 22.65 yuan/share, and the transfer price is 491 million yuan. After this equity change, Li Liubing holds 94.5982 million shares of the company, accounting for 21.80% of the total share capital. Jingge Win-Win Exclusive Fund holds 21.6988 million shares of the company, accounting for 5.00% of the total share capital. This equity change will not cause changes to the company’s controlling shareholder and actual controller.
