Gate Completes Karat Token (KAT) Renaming to Karat Token (KATC) and Will Resume Trading

We are pleased to announce that Gate has successfully completed the renaming of Karat Token (KAT) to Karat Token (KATC). The tokens have been relisted on Gate with the new ticker KATC. Users can now check the updated balances in Transaction History.

This renaming only encompasses the alteration of the token ticker and does not involve the swap or migration of the blockchain. The security of user assets will not be affected.

Gate will soon enable deposit service for KATC. Trading and withdrawal services for KATC will officially commence at 01:00 UTC on March 4, 2026. Given that the KATC market may experience significant fluctuations after trading resumes, we strongly advise users to carefully assess the associated risks and proceed with caution.
