Feeling a bit burned out lately. My reach seems lower than usual, but that's okay because I've slowed down.
I have a vacation planned with my girlfriend and parents in 5 days. We'll spend a little less than a week at a resort in the mountains.
It might be a good opportunity to log off and get some rest.

It's been a week since I started reading >= 20 pages daily. So far, I'm now:
- Spending less time scrolling on IG and X
- Feeling 5-10% less anxious in daily life (super weird because I always feel anxious about something)
- Feeling an urge to read when I'm done with my work
Reading is an escape from thoughts if you're focused on it.

You might think, "Oh, I'll never get drained."
I thought so until I got drained for $11k. Hackers managed to gain access to a whole system's laptop.
Luckily, I had most of the money in a cold wallet, never stored seed phrases online, and had installed 2FA.

As fast as you read that, that's how quickly your wallet can be drained. Here are some basic rules to stay safe:
- Never save passwords online.
- Use a different password for each service.
- Revoke signatures while you can (while gas is low).
- Use @PocketUniverseZ
- Avoid clicking on any links or files that are sent to you.
- Make sure to turn on 2FA for everything.
- Don't store much money on CEXs (they can block you for no reason).
- Use cold wallets.
- Diversify your funds.
