The current status of ETH is somewhat reminiscent of Nokia after 2007: no new products, no network protocols to lead the next generation of the internet, no ecological differentiation of "only this one, no other branches," but instead deeply troubled by the siphoning of L2 and the fragmentation of liquidity.
