Iran's Military Ready to Respond Decisively to 'Enemy's Breach of Commitments,' Says Commander

Gate News message, April 21 — Iran’s armed forces are prepared to respond decisively to “the enemy’s breach of commitments,” according to Abdolreza Dehqan, commander of the Hatam al-Anbia Central Headquarters of Iran’s Armed Forces, speaking on April 21 local time.

Dehqan stated that Iran’s military currently possesses “authority, combat readiness, and comprehensive strategic capabilities.” The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and other defensive forces have demonstrated combat effectiveness that has “placed Israel and the United States in difficult circumstances and exhausted them,” forcing them “to seek a ceasefire.”

Dehqan further emphasized that Iran’s armed forces, government, and people remain in full alignment under the unified command of the Supreme Leader and will respond to any threat or action with “decisive, firm, and timely” measures.
