The native coin of the Ethereum blockchain, ETH, has been on a crazy roller coaster in 2021. After starting at $737 at the beginning of the year, the world's second largest cryptocurrency soared to a record high of $4,362 on May 12, an increase of nearly 500%. Subsequently, it fell back to $2,714 on May 21 and fell below the level of $2,000, reaching an mid-day low of $1,707.60 on June 22, the lowest level since April 1, down 61% from the peak. 😊
