What is the Render Network?

In short, the Render Network project allows various artists (motion graphics, design, NFTs, etc.) to be able to rent decentralized "GPU" graphics power. It was founded by OTOY in 2022. Indeed, by connecting to the OctaneRender platform, artists can rent thanks to native tokens RNDR GPU graphics power. GPU owners can therefore offer their untapped resource to artists. In return, they can generate passive profits in RNDR token.

As explained by OTOY's CEO, Jules Urbach, GPU resources are in high demand. Mostly by gamers. However, this decentralised solution makes it possible to rent this power in a specific way and at reduced costs.
