I’m highly considering to stop lifting and switch to only combat sports and body weight workouts on some Bruce Lee shit
Daily workout:
- Boxing/Muy Thai
- 10 muscle ups
- 100 pull ups
- 500 pushups
- 500 squats
- 500 sit-ups
Anyone got any insight or experience on this, would love to hear your thoughts?
