FTX Founder's Criminal Trial Mentions Popular Cryptocurrencies Like Bitcoin and Ethereum, but Not FTX's Native Token, FTT
During the first day of FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried's criminal trial, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, and Solana were mentioned, but FTX's native token, FTT, was notably left out. FTT's price drop last November led to FTX's collapse and bankruptcy. Bankman-Fried is facing fraud and conspiracy charges, with his lawyer claiming that the loans made to Alameda were permitted and known within both companies.
