Bought TON at Mercuryo, they were sent obviously without a tag to gate.io, now thay don’t show up. Never had a chance to enter any chain, acount details during the purchase process. Both transactions show up at the TON chain explorer, recipient: gate.io. Where are they, obviously on TON chain, but how can I access them now?

Hello, if you are recharging to the Gate.io platform and have not filled in the Memo/Tag, you need to submit a work order and provide the account ID, complete transfer screenshot, correct Memo/Tag, and hash value in text format. We will verify it. for processing.
