Former OpenSea manager Nathaniel Chastain, sentenced to three months in prison for insider trading, has chosen to serve his sentence while his appeal is pending. Chastain withdrew his application for bail and will self-surrender by November 2. He was convicted of wire fraud and money laundering and ordered to pay a $50,000 fine and forfeit any illicit crypto profits
