Every trade should have TWO STAGES:

Planning Stage
ution Stage

The planning stage is where all the thinking happens.
It is where you MUST make use of the rational part of your brain, AKA the prefrontal cortex.

The ution stage is where you should NOT think.

You must only DO.

You must have a specific plan, so that you have ZERO thinking to do during the ution stage.

The reason for this is because while uting, you are in an emotionally-hightened state

Due to this, your thinking skills are completely fucked.
This is because the amygdala(emotional part of the brain) is quicker to respond than the prefrontal cortex during emotionally-hightened situations.

Plan while you_re emotionally calm.

That way, your ution will be less likely to be sabotaged by the irrational mind.
