Significant progress has been made, but if for any reason an agreement is not reached promptly or (it is expected to be reached), and if the Strait of Hormuz is not immediately “fully reopened,” we will conclude our “presence” in Iran and completely destroy all of Iran’s power plants, oil fields, Karg Island, and (if necessary) desalination facilities.
