This revision adds fund details: basket size of 10,000 shares, initial seed basket of 50,000 shares, with expected fundraising of approximately $1 million; BNY Mellon serves as cash custodian and transfer agent, and Coinbase serves as prime broker. If approved, Morgan Stanley will become the first major U.S. bank to directly issue and sponsor a bitcoin spot ETF.
