Is Bitcoin really about to break through? Wow, I discovered some really interesting data, and I can't believe this is a coincidence:
1. The chart shows Bitcoin's price movement after the recent 4 Federal Reserve interest rate decision meetings. Did you notice? After each meeting, Bitcoin plummets for 2 weeks, with declines ranging from 10% to 20%+. Will it be the same this time?
2. I think the probability is quite high, because it's clearly difficult for something to happen 4 times in a row by coincidence, especially since this meeting's result is still no rate cut, which is very clearly bearish news. Additionally, there's another point: in the 2 weeks before 3 of these 4 meetings, there were significant rallies, so the recent uptrend likely also follows this pattern. The more Bitcoin rises before the meeting, the greater the reversal magnitude after the meeting.
3. So after discussing next week's market, let's look at the current price movement. Currently, Bitcoin has bounced back to oscillate in the upper range of the 69,000-72,000 zone. Can we short this time? I actually still want to try, but maybe not for short-term trades, maybe for long-term positions. Actually, if shorting in the short-term, it will drop to around 69,000-70,000, with massive profits. As for losses, they would be small, just slight breakouts to trigger stop loss, and the profit-to-loss ratio is still very worthwhile.
4. However, considering the approaching meeting, I plan to open a long-term short position this time. With 2x leverage, I won't get liquidated, no need for stop loss. If it drops, I'll take profits; if it doesn't drop, I'll hold. Then I'll add positions around 74,000 on the upside, shorting on rallies. Long-term, it will all come down, dropping to over 60,000. So if I get trapped, I'll treat it as building positions. I'm already prepared because I must establish short positions before the meeting. 72,000 is a great first entry point, and 74,000 will be the second. As for ETH, the strong resistance is around 2,240, feel free to short upon reaching it.
5. Yesterday, Shuqin had everyone doing short-term long/short trades in this oscillation zone, shorting from over 70,000 to take profits around 69,000, many of you even reversed to longs afterward, profiting from both sides—congratulations to you all. Let's keep up the good work and trade carefully every day! $BTC #Gate广场AI测评官
