The cryptocurrency market is showing signs of recovery after recent sharp fluctuations. As global risk sentiment shifts, many major assets, including Bitcoin and Ethereum, are regaining strength at critical levels.
Bitcoin is currently trading around $66,400. During the recent dip, the price approached the $64,000 zone but rebounded with buying interest from this area. This zone is emerging as a short-term defense line for the market.
Ethereum is moving around $1,984. While the $1,950 level acts as a strong support zone, investors are once again eyeing the $2,050 – $2,100 range.
Several key factors are contributing to the market’s recovery.
First, the revival of risk appetite in global markets. Stabilization in U.S. Treasury yields and limited pullback in the dollar index are creating a short-term relief for alternative assets like crypto.
Second, major investors are viewing the declines as buying opportunities. On-chain data shows that large wallets continued accumulating Bitcoin during the recent dip.
Third, the long-term growth prospects within the crypto ecosystem remain strong. While institutional interest persists, many analysts see the current corrections as a natural part of the macro cycle.
However, the market is not yet in a completely safe zone. The $68,000 – $70,000 range for Bitcoin continues to serve as a strong resistance area. Breaking through this zone could accelerate momentum.
On the Ethereum side, closing above $2,100 could open the door for a new upward wave.
In the short term, the levels investors are closely watching are:
Bitcoin support: $64,000
Bitcoin resistance: $68,000 – $70,000
Ethereum support: $1,950
Ethereum resistance: $2,100
The crypto market remains inherently volatile. However, recent signs of recovery indicate that investors’ risk appetite has not disappeared entirely.
In the coming days, macroeconomic developments, geopolitical news flow, and large investor movements will play a critical role in determining the market direction.
So, do you think this recovery is the start of a sustained upward trend, or just a short-term relief rally?
