On Monday morning, the market opened with a sharp decline. Bitcoin briefly dipped to around 64,200 to halt the fall, then began a corrective oscillation. The rebound was weak, with a high of around 66,500. The hourly chart shows that the middle and upper Bollinger Bands did not break through resistance, indicating a weak rebound. Therefore, cherish the opportunity for shorting at high levels—every rebound is a chance to reverse and catch the falling knife!

From the hourly chart perspective, the upper and middle Bollinger Bands are both opening downward. Although the lower band is flat, there is no sign of it opening upward. The KDJ and RSI are both turning downward, and the MACD bullish momentum is diminishing, forming a divergence. On the 4-hour chart, the middle and lower Bollinger Bands are both opening downward, with KDJ and RSI turning down, and the MACD bearish momentum continues to expand. Midnight outlook remains bearish!

During the day, I suggested a shorting strategy around 65500-66500. Those already in the trade should hold, and those not yet in should focus on resistance levels at 65500-66500-67500. Short entries can be made in batches around these levels. Downside targets are 64500-63500-62000.

For Ethereum, during the day, focus on resistance at 1900 and 1950. The highest rebound was to 1935 before pulling back. Those already short at 1900 should continue to hold. Those not yet in should watch for resistance at 1900-1950-2000. Downside targets are 1850-1800-1750.
