The London session opens and everything moves fast.

Volatility spikes. Candles expand. It feels like an opportunity everywhere.

➭ So you click.

➭ And click again.

➭ And again.

I used to think more trades meant more profit.
But it didn’t.

↬ It meant more fees.

↬ More mistakes.

↬ More emotional swings.

After one good trade, I’d look for another.
After one loss, I’d try to “fix” it immediately.

That’s the trap.

The London session offers quality moves, but not endless ones.

Overtrading turns high probability setups into random noise.

It’s not the session killing your account, it’s your inability to stop.

So are you trading the best setup or every setup?
