Billion Diamond and Ctrl Alt are leading efforts to tokenize a diamond inventory worth $280 million held in the Dubai region by utilizing XRP Ledger. This project adopts Ripple’s custody technology to enable the secure issuance and transfer of physical assets in token form.

Currently, it is awaiting approval from Dubai’s virtual asset regulatory authority. This case of tokenization demonstrates that the integration of physical assets and blockchain is progressing on a practical scale.
