Abstract generation in progress

Market activity slightly rebounded this week, breaking the previous complete stagnation. A total of four companies reached small orders, but overall transactions remained mainly exploratory. The transaction structure showed differentiation, with granular silicon trading volume significantly higher than that of rod-shaped silicon. The main reasons are: on one hand, downstream end-user demand has not yet improved, coupled with the approaching Spring Festival holiday, resulting in strong wait-and-see sentiment upstream and downstream, and low willingness for large-scale pre-holiday procurement; on the other hand, most silicon material companies are in a state of significant production cuts or even suspension, and their willingness to further sharply reduce prices is weak. Under the influence of these factors, granular silicon, due to its relatively high cost-performance ratio, is more likely to achieve substantive transactions for essential orders. (Antaike)
