On February 3rd, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission issued Notices No. 2026/008 and 2026/009 stating that the Minister for Industry, Innovation, and Science of Australia has approved the final anti-dumping and countervailing recommendations made by the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission regarding steel ceiling frame components imported from China. It was decided to impose anti-dumping duties and countervailing duties on the involved Chinese products, with anti-dumping and anti-subsidy rates of 10.0% for non-cooperative, non-cooperative, and other exporters, and 4.5% for countervailing duties for non-cooperative and other exporters. Additionally, the Minister for Industry, Innovation, and Science of Australia has decided to implement these measures at a “non-damaging price” basis. (China Trade Remedy Information Network)
