The company plans to invest 350 million yuan to establish a beauty e-commerce headquarters center.

According to publicly available information, the land parcels are numbered AB2112043 and AB2112054, located on the north side of Huaying Road, with a total land area of 7,605 square meters and a gross floor area of 24,580 square meters. The winning bidder, Guangdong Yuecheng Commercial Management Co., Ltd., is an affiliated company of Haiya Group. They plan to build the Haiya Zhi Chain Cloud Broadcast Center on the site, which will include functions such as a beauty product selection innovation center and a live broadcast scene creation center. The project is expected to reach an annual industrial scale of 830 million yuan upon full operation.
