Recently, with the completion of the final 300 meters of asphalt base layer paving, the key supporting project for the Shenzhen-Shan Special Cooperation Zone— the Lvbao Road preliminary section— has been connected. This 2.28-kilometer-long urban main road is a core supporting corridor for the Shenzhen-Shan high-end electronic chemicals industrial park. Once opened to traffic, it will effectively enhance the supply capacity of water, electricity, gas, and other production factors in the park, and provide solid support for the travel needs of enterprises such as Guanghua Weiye and Lorna Grinding within the park.

The Lvbao Road preliminary section is located in Ebu Subdistrict, starting from Tonggang Avenue in the west and ending at the Shenzhen-Shan high-end electronic chemicals industrial park in the east, with a length of about 2.28 kilometers. The design speed is 50 km/h. The section from Tonggang Avenue to the planned Industrial South Road is a four-lane bidirectional road, and from the planned Industrial South Road to the Shenzhen-Shan high-end electronic chemicals industrial park is a six-lane bidirectional road. The construction mainly includes roads, interchanges, bridges, and municipal pipelines along the route such as water supply, drainage, electricity, communication, and gas, serving as a “throat” for the park’s production materials to enter and exit.

“From 7 months to 3 months, it’s not just a simple acceleration, but a reconstruction of the construction organization logic,” said a relevant person in charge of the Shenzhen-Shan Management Bureau of the Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau.

According to reports, in November 2025, the Lvbao Road project was included in Shenzhen’s 2026 “Top Ten Plans” for quality improvement and efficiency enhancement. Facing challenges such as tight schedules, heavy tasks, and difficult coordination, the Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau and related participating units quickly sorted out project tasks and formulated tackling plans. They adopted extraordinary measures to coordinate progress, ultimately achieving the goal of connection.

Lvbao Road is scheduled to be officially opened by the end of June 2026. This will further strengthen the transportation network of the industrial corridor in the Shenzhen-Shan area, improve accessibility and supporting services, and inject new momentum to attract high-quality industrial projects and promote high-quality development.
