On the 4th, Alexander Bogomaz, governor of Bryansk Oblast, Russia, said on social media that Ukrainian forces launched a joint attack on Bryansk Oblast using “HIMARS” multiple launch rocket systems, fixed-wing drones, and “Nerpa” long-range missiles, causing damage to several residential buildings. Bogomaz stated that the Russian air defense forces destroyed the “Nerpa” long-range missile and 11 fixed-wing drones. The Ukrainian attack injured one woman, who has been hospitalized.
