If a person truly wants to mature, they must develop a certain ability: the ability to carry unresolved issues and continue moving forward. In psychology, this is called tolerating uncertainty. Often, what really causes you to break down is not the matter itself, but the fact that it has no answer and remains unresolved. The underlying reason is often that a person has been living in an environment without a sense of security for a long time, so they become extremely afraid of unanswered questions because the unknown signifies danger and uncontrollability to their brain. As a result, they tend to overthink, obsess, and hesitate to take action. When you try to accept that a matter is unresolved, don't let yourself stay immersed in the same emotion for too long. You will find that many problems will resolve themselves in unexpected ways.
