The State Administration for Market Regulation publicly reports the results of the "Double Random, One Open" inspections for designated implementation agencies of CCC certification in 2025.
Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) announced the results of the “double random, one open” inspections for CCC certification designated implementation agencies for 2025. A total of 472 issues were identified involving 51 organizations. The main problems include reducing or omitting certification procedures, insufficient testing and factory inspection conclusions to support certification decisions, inadequate review of key technical information for certification evaluation, non-compliance with certificate conversion regulations, testing capabilities not meeting required standards, and insufficient standardization in daily testing processes and management. The authorities have legally decided to revoke or suspend some of the designated qualifications of these organizations, impose economic penalties, issue administrative warnings, and require rectification within a specified period.
