First Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Russia Vladimir Chistyukhin made the above statement during the Alfa Talk conference. Chistyukhin stated: “We plan to conduct a study this year to reassess this issue. Indeed, our consistent position is not to allow the issuance of such products, but considering the practical experience of some countries, we will re-examine the risks and prospects involved and submit the relevant conclusions for public discussion.”
