The Hong Kong-based company now plans to issue 3.8 million shares at a price range of $4 to $6 per share, raising $19 million. The company previously applied to issue 2 million shares within the same price range. Based on the midpoint of the revised offering size, the company’s fundraising amount will be 88% higher than previous expectations. The company plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “BTFT.”
Beta Fintech provides financial services in Hong Kong through its operating subsidiary, mainly including securities trading and brokerage services, margin loans and IPO financing, as well as placement services for Hong Kong IPOs.
