On February 9, 2026, Horizon and CATL’s subsidiary, CATL (Shanghai) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Times Intelligent”), signed a strategic cooperation agreement. According to the agreement, Times Intelligent will provide its Rock Solid Chassis series products and technologies, while Horizon will contribute its full-scenario assisted driving products and solutions, among other core automotive intelligence capabilities. The two parties will collaborate through software and hardware integration and cross-domain fusion to jointly explore a complete intelligent system from the underlying architecture to top-level applications, providing more competitive and diversified product options and service support for domestic and international OEM customers.
