As of the time of reporting, Zhejiang Shibao (01057) increased by 6.32%, trading at HKD 5.89; NIO (01316) rose by 6.21%, trading at HKD 7.7; Youjia Innovation (02431) increased by 2.6%, trading at HKD 13.79; Minth Group (00425) rose by 1.56%, trading at HKD 43.

On the news front, on February 13, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology publicly solicited comments on five mandatory national standards, including the “Safety Requirements for Autonomous Driving Systems of Intelligent Connected Vehicles.” Additionally, the Shanghai Intelligent Connected Vehicle Testing and Demonstration Promotion Working Group recently issued the “Shanghai Intelligent Connected Vehicle Development Report (2025).” By the end of last year, the city had opened a total of 3,173 autonomous driving test roads covering 5,238.82 kilometers.

Cinda Securities pointed out that domestic regulations regarding intelligent connected vehicles are continuously improving, and the industry development environment is gradually becoming standardized. Meanwhile, domestic brands are accelerating R&D in intelligent driving technology, and the penetration rate of industry-level intelligent driving is steadily increasing. At the higher levels of autonomous driving, Robo-X continues to be implemented, and the market size of Robotaxi is expected to reach 270 billion yuan by 2030. Additionally, driverless logistics vehicles are gradually being deployed, and the industry output value of China’s autonomous logistics vehicles is expected to increase to 594.8 billion yuan by 2030.
