RTX wins up to $230.56m deal for F135 Lot 20 long-lead materials

RTX has secured a contract worth up to $230.56 million for the procurement of long-lead materials and components essential for the F135 Lot 20 propulsion systems. This contract will support the production of 138 propulsion units for the Marine Corps, Navy, USAF, non-US DoD partners, and Foreign Military Sales customers. Production activities will be spread across numerous locations in the US, with a projected completion date of May 2031, and funding will come from fiscal year 2025 allocations and foreign military sales.
