On February 11, CEX founder CZ stated in an All-In podcast interview that “AI may become an important user of cryptocurrencies in the future. Millions of AI agents could run in the background, conducting fund transactions for various tasks, such as paying for podcasts, booking restaurants and hotels. Traditional banking systems cannot support the high-frequency, high-value transactions conducted by these agents. AI agents may handle investments and trading. As for a feasible payment system for agents, it is still in the early stages, and I am reluctant to speculate on specific crypto projects. Bitcoin and most cryptocurrencies lack privacy features because transactions on the blockchain can be traced. Overall, the crypto industry needs to focus on enhancing privacy features, but currently, privacy-focused coins generally have smaller market caps.”
