Web3 data is exploding, and a truly reliable home is needed. In the decentralized storage sector, low cost and security are often a trade-off— but this is precisely where the bottleneck lies.

Distributed storage protocols optimize storage efficiency, enabling developers to handle massive amounts of data at lower costs, which is crucial for the scalability of the entire application ecosystem. When storage is no longer a limiting factor, the imagination space for dApps opens up.

From a technical perspective, efficient management of on-chain data is becoming the key to whether Web3 can achieve large-scale applications. Decentralized storage solutions make this future feasible—not only in theory but also as a practically deployable direction. The improvement of this infrastructure will directly drive the next wave of Web3 applications.

Storage costs are really a bottleneck, but on the other hand, there aren't many reliable solutions.

Basically, storage has always been the bottleneck, but now we've finally found a direction. Cheap and secure? Can we really achieve both at the same time? Haha Are those Filecoin folks secretly celebrating? Once this thing truly matures, it’s probably going to explode. But to be honest, just having storage isn’t enough.

To be honest, storage is really a bottleneck. Balancing cost and security depends on who can break through first. Lower costs raise security concerns, while enhanced security makes expenses prohibitively high. Anyway, there's no perfect solution yet. Only when distributed storage is truly widespread can the dApp ecosystem breathe. Right now, it's still too limited. That said, who will be the first to succeed? It feels like everyone is still exploring.

Exactly right, storage costs are indeed the bottleneck Everyone wants a solution that is low-cost, secure, and good, but the key is to make it truly implementable Actually, we're just waiting for that protocol that can balance both sides Sounds good, but how does it perform in practice? Well, isn't this just the time to fill in the infrastructure gaps
