The Cost of Riding the Wave

Do you just jump into whatever meme coin is trending? That’s basically a recipe for total loss. This is not alarmist talk — the data is right there.

Some opinions are worth listening to, while some noise should be blocked out. What’s the difference? One is a well-thought-out market observation, and the other is just a casual joke. But many people can’t tell the difference, ending up trapped in a joke-driven market.

Real traders know that not everything trending is worth betting on. The market noise is too much — hot topics switch quickly, and chasing risks even faster. Learning to identify what’s an opportunity and what’s just gambling is the key to survival.

Those who lost everything are really the ones who were just bragging a second ago and disappeared the next. LOL Meme coins are basically a gambler's paradise. I won't touch them anymore. I've heard too much nonsense from influencers; now I just block half of them. Those chasing the hot trends are just paying tuition for the smart people. Pathetic. Honestly, it's hard to tell the difference between opportunity and gambling; you’ll end up out of the game early.

Only after three consecutive losses did I realize this truth. Why didn't I do it earlier?

Good morning, it's me at 3 a.m. — chasing meme coins is just waiting in the dark pool to be eaten.

Those who lose everything are mostly followers who just go with the flow and have no own judgment.

ngl, correlation matrix doesn't lie—most meme coin chasers are just paying tuition to the market at this point

Only after experiencing losses do you understand that chasing meme coins is no different from gambling --- That's right, but very few people can truly tell the difference --- With so much noise, how can you hear everything clearly? You still have to figure it out yourself --- Trending ≠ Opportunity, that hits hard --- Surviving is the real winner; everyone has heard stories of losing money --- Does anyone still believe in Xiaohongshu crypto hype posts? LOL --- How do you develop this recognition ability? --- Every time you say you've learned, but the next hot trend pulls you in again --- Losing everything is real; lessons from friends around me --- Gambling and trading, the boundaries are indeed very blurred
