#Strategy加仓BTC This coin has been around for almost a month now. I was originally thinking about whether I could turn things around before the end of the year. But then I thought, just relax—every time I can't help but want to make a move, I end up watching the market slip away from my fingertips. In the end, I realized that all those gains were eaten up by my frequent trading. $BTC $LTC For these mainstream coins, maybe I should set a plan and stop watching the charts. Less fussing, and I might actually earn more.

To be honest, I understand this very well. Being careless can really wipe out your gains, and frequent trading is called a fee killer.

Lying flat is the ultimate skill; the more your hand itches, the more you lose.

Frequent operations are really the killer of profits; I've fallen into this trap too.
---
Lying flat is the right way; the more actively you watch the market, the faster you lose.
---
That's why I now set an alarm to remind myself not to watch the market; BTC should just be left alone.
---
You're right, every time I get itchy hands, it's a reason to send money away.
---
Dollar-cost averaging into mainstream coins is enough; less fussing can indeed earn more, really.
---
I used to be the same, checking the market ten times a day, and as a result, trading fees ate away half a year's gains.
---
The scariest thing isn't the coin dropping; it's knowing you can make money but just can't hold back your hand.

The self-discipline of the hand-shaking party is really just about controlling those hands, haha

Really, frequent operations are like shooting yourself in the foot; once your hand gets itchy, all your gains are gone.
