#美国非农就业数据未达市场预期 Want to achieve stable arbitrage in the crypto world? Actually, the tricks are very simple. As long as you strictly follow three rules, you can basically harvest most of the profits you should earn. First, memorize these three forbidden zones:

**Forbidden Zone 1: Don't chase in a rising trend.** Learn to think in the opposite direction of retail investors—when they are greedy, you need to stay calm; when they are terrified, that's when you should slowly get on board. A pullback during a decline is the real window to buy.

**Forbidden Zone 2: Never place overly large orders.** Going all-in often results in failure nine out of ten times.

**Forbidden Zone 3: Never be fully invested.** Being fully invested means entrusting your fate to the market, leaving no room to maneuver. The market constantly presents new opportunities every day. Being fully invested means missing out on those opportunities, which can be incredibly costly and is actually the biggest loss.

Next are six mental principles for short-term trading—remember them well to reduce the chance of falling into traps by 80%. Macroeconomic data like Non-Farm Payrolls are the most likely to create opportunities due to volatility, but they also test your mindset the most. Maintaining good rhythm is more effective than any technical indicator.

That's correct, but I find that most people still tend to break their discipline on non-farm days. Mindset really is more difficult than anything else.

It sounds good, but I still see a bunch of people going all-in as soon as the non-farm payroll data is released, then collectively getting liquidated... Everyone understands this theory, but the problem is that their mentality collapses when it comes to execution.

That's right, but the problem is that nine out of ten people who understand these principles can't actually follow through. I also learned this lesson the hard way, almost couldn't recover from that full position.

It's the same old story, easy to say but hard to do, buddy. Few people can truly stick to discipline.

Everyone's right, but I just want to ask—can anyone really do the opposite operation and not chase the high? When you see the coin skyrocketing, can you really hold your hand back...
