Hello, you can follow the steps below to download the app. Please try the operation: 1. Go to Phone Settings - Security - More Security Settings, and enable installation from external sources. 2. Turn off the enhanced protection feature of Pure Mode: tap Settings - System & Updates - Pure Mode - Enhanced Protection, and select Off. 3. If you have already performed the above two steps and still cannot install, you can enable Airplane Mode, turn off all network ( data traffic and wireless networks ), and reinstall. If you encounter any difficulties during installation, please contact online customer service for assistance. App side - Home Page - Tap the avatar icon in the top left corner - In the pop-up page, click the top right corner 🎧 - "Can't find the answer, click here" - Enter "manual" in the input box below - Select "Transfer to manual" in the reply message and choose the relevant issue.
