Anger refers to the negative emotional reactions triggered by things not going one's way. When stop-loss is triggered, it can lead to feelings of irritation and resentment, which may result in revenge trading and frequent transactions. If one cannot calm their mind, the feeling of anger can also increase greed, and greed in turn raises the likelihood of losses. This vicious cycle causes losses to grow step by step, until a margin call occurs and one finally wakes up from the illusion. The only remaining illusion is shattered. The way to cope is to accept losses calmly, admit the mistake this time, wait for the next opportunity, and not be swayed by emotions.
