Do you have any inexplicable physiological reactions?

Psychologically speaking, if you feel inexplicably irritated when you hear someone speak, filled with unexplainable anger, and when interacting with them, there is always a strange feeling of resentment and dislike.

This is not bad temper; it is a trauma-related stress response. You cannot think about them, cannot look at them, and definitely cannot hear their voice or talk to them. Otherwise, your heart rate will increase, blood pressure will rise, emotions will fluctuate, and it will be difficult to fall asleep.

If you encounter such a person, do not doubt yourself, and do not force yourself to adapt, because this is a physiological aversion, and you should keep your distance.
