Deep Tide TechFlow News, January 14, according to CoinDesk, the U.S. Senate Agriculture Committee announced that it will release its Crypto Market Structure Act on January 21, 2026, followed by a key hearing scheduled for January 27 at 3:00 PM. The hearing was originally scheduled for January 15 but has been postponed. Committee Chairman John Boozman stated that the revised schedule ensures transparency and allows for a comprehensive review of the bill.
Meanwhile, the Senate Banking Committee will hold a hearing on its version of the bill this Thursday. There are still disagreements between the two committees on issues such as ethical provisions and bipartisan representation in regulatory agencies, which could affect the prospects of gaining bipartisan support in the final version.
