Creator monetization incentives really do make a difference—at least on paper. Getting paid for what you post? Sounds amazing. But here's the thing: for those of us who've been grinding content for years, it doesn't necessarily change the game. The money's nice, sure. Extra income is never bad. Yet when I sit down to create, I'm not thinking about the payout. Same content, same passion, same workflow as always.
Wonder if this is just what happens when you've already built an audience. Do smaller creators feel that monetization spark differently? Does the incentive structure actually shift behavior for newcomers, or is motivation always rooted in something deeper than just the economics?

ngl, that's quite eye-opening. veteran creators definitely don't buy into this. But what about newcomers? I think small accounts only really hustle when they see the money...

NGL, this is the reality... Having more money doesn't change the essence of creation; you still have to grind if you want to succeed.

NGL, that's a good question, but I don't think big influencers care about that little money.

Honestly, the incentive system is basically just to pump up newcomers. As seasoned players like us, we don't really feel any change... Money is money, but that's definitely not my reason for posting.
