The trading journey of 2025 is essentially a battle with oneself.

In the early years, it was easy to be swayed by various market voices, always trying to catch every hot trend. Later, through repeated practice and reflection, I gradually understood a principle: only by calming down can you see clearly. Using the trading platform's market analysis tools to organize your thoughts, and browsing the platform's learning resources to fill in the foundational knowledge, the results are surprisingly good.

Now, when faced with market fluctuations, my first reaction is not panic, but to ask myself: Was there a problem with my previous trading logic? Is this decision reasonable? Think it through first, then take action.

Honestly, this year I haven't achieved astronomical profits, but I have gained something more valuable — whether earning or losing, I can keep my composure. For long-term trading, this might be the most solid card.

Alright, that's enlightenment. Mindset > Gains, should have understood this long ago. --- It's that same set of "mindset determines everything," heard it a thousand times. --- Really, compared to chasing highs and selling lows, it's better to ask yourself why you're losing money first. --- Not making big money but feeling better? What's your logic? --- Calm down and see clearly, it's easy to say. Damn, it's really hard. --- No matter how good the tools are, they can't save careless hands. That's the true essence of trading. --- Holding onto the right mindset is fake; not blowing up your account is the real deal. --- Haven't achieved anything in a year but still bragging, haha. --- Got it, it's just taking notes + reflection = making money. Believed some nonsense. --- Think before acting, who doesn't have this ideal?

honestly tho, this is just the recipe for not getting rekt—gotta let the market simmer before you taste it. the raw alpha isn't in chasing every ping, it's in marinating on your decisions til they actually make sense lmao

Really, mindset is more valuable than anything else I've been dominated by FOMO for too long. Now I've learned to think before acting, much more comfortable But it's easier said than done. Next time there's a big drop, I need to see if I can really hold on

To be honest, this mindset is really something that develops over time, not something that happens overnight. Wait, it's still easy to be driven by FOMO, and that's the hardest part. Returns are not important; staying alive is what matters. There's nothing wrong with that. When it comes to mindset, sometimes it's more valuable than any technical analysis. Reflect, reflect, and reflect again. It sounds simple, but actually doing it is hell. Ultimately, it's about self-discipline. I'm the one who just can't hold on.

Really? Mindset is everything. Not making money is actually a minor issue. Exactly, I stopped chasing hot topics a long time ago. It's too exhausting. Being able to hold your mindset is crucial. That skill alone can make you money. FOMO is truly a trader's killer. Now I even question myself—I've improved. This is what trading should look like: calm and patient.

Really, it's easy to talk about mindset but hard to put into practice. I'm currently debating whether to chase this wave of the market. --- Well said, but the key is how not to let FOMO eat your brain? Seeking advice. --- That's the realization. Compared to getting rich overnight, living clearly-minded is indeed much better. --- Hold your mindset? My mindset has been shattered by the market, haha. --- The later it gets, the more I realize that steady profits are a thousand times more realistic than dreaming of sudden wealth. --- That's true, but I still went all in that day, and now I regret it to death.
