The recent market conditions are really tough. Watching Bitcoin, Ethereum, SOL, and other mainstream coins, none of the long positions in hand have been closed out. Friends who are fully long are now all asking the same question—what's next?
The market is fluctuating repeatedly; should you cut losses or hold on? This is a classic dilemma. Some choose to gradually reduce their positions during rebounds to ease psychological pressure; some stubbornly wait for a reversal; others simply convert their long positions into grid strategies to find opportunities amid volatility.
The key is to understand your own cost basis and risk tolerance. If the long positions are under too much pressure, consider taking partial profits or adjusting your position structure. The market will always present opportunities; the important thing is to stay alive to see that moment.

Holding on tightly is like gambling. Instead of doing that, it's better to try grid trading, at least during fluctuations you can still harvest some profits.

Full position long now has only the words "stop loss" in my mind, I'm also speechless.

Holding on tightly and waiting for a reversal is all about gambling. I’d rather use grid trading than hold a full position.

Holding long positions is really tough these days, the current market feels like twisting a towel.

Holding it feels numb, so it's better to take advantage of the rebound to cut a wave and rescue your mindset.
