The typical characteristic of altcoin行情 is that kind of continuous rise that makes people both excited and scared.
For example. Suppose you buy a certain altcoin at the bottom price of 0.2, then over the next month it might climb to 1, and another month to 2. The whole process seems uneventful, with daily gains of just ten or twenty points, occasionally accompanied by a few dips that scare you into cold sweats. But when you look at the weekly chart, it's all consecutive large bullish candles lined up, which is a typical altcoin seasonal rhythm.
For short-sellers, they've actually experienced the opposite version long ago. From December last year to April this year, it was a period of making money by shorting with eyes closed—every day was a decline, with no resistance at all, as if the bears were the absolute rulers of the market. The行情 rotates in cycles like this; the狂欢 of the bulls is the nightmare of the bears, and vice versa. The key is whether you can catch the rhythm and choose the right direction at the right time.

Buying in at 0.2 and selling at 2 dollars—that's the magic of the altcoins. The problem is, can you hold on?
Seeing the price increase by ten or twenty points every day doesn't seem like much, but when the weekly chart is full of big bullish candles, it's really hard to stay calm. You keep wanting to run away, but as soon as you sell, it continues to soar, and it makes you so angry you want to smash your phone.
When the market is bearish, making money by shorting is easy; when the bulls come, you're losing every day. Basically, it's just about betting on the right direction, with no real technical skill involved.
Has this altcoin season really arrived? Feels like it's still hesitating at the bottom.
Getting the rhythm right can double your holdings; getting it wrong can wipe you out instantly—that's how exciting it is.

Buy in at 0.2, sell at 2. This move is truly amazing; I'm just worried about the bagholders at the high level.

Damn, the 0.2 to 2 wave was really incredible. I’ve been wondering why I keep seeing it rise but don’t dare to go all in.
Honestly, it’s still a matter of cycles, just the ups and downs are cyclical, and the difficulty lies in the moment of judgment.
That’s why I’ve always said that bottom-fishing tests one’s humanity the most. You really need a strong heart.
Last year’s bearish wave actually gave me some dividends, but now that the bulls are here, I’m a bit nervous.
The key is still to control risk; otherwise, even the best rhythm can get you trapped.
This continuous rise is actually the easiest to induce a trap; everyone around me has been scared out.
It’s easy to say in hindsight, but at critical moments, no one can judge accurately. I personally find it more reassuring to operate based on weekly charts.

Are you still holding the 0.2 you bought? I already cut my losses a long time ago.

0.2 to 2, this pace is freaking amazing, it's a gambler's paradise.
