The current issue with Ethereum is not how much resistance is above, but rather that the support below is not stable enough. The $2700 level is currently a rare consensus area for market participants to take positions. If this support fails to hold, the price could easily fall into a vacuum zone with no buyers.

Interestingly, major holders haven't truly exited the market; they've just become more cautious in their strategies. On-chain data shows that the concentration of holdings continues to rise, indicating that organized and strategic funds are quietly accumulating. Looking at a longer cycle, the institutionalization of capital is a definite trend, though there will inevitably be bumps and corrections along the way.

The real critical point is this: if the Ethereum ecosystem cannot generate enough economic activity and token burns, ETH will face inflationary pressure. This requires Ethereum to develop stronger narratives, using consensus to lock in liquidity and support its value.

From the perspective of token structure, there are still many arbitrage positions that haven't been fully absorbed. In this cycle, every upward move is accompanied by large wallets taking profits and exiting. Currently, relying solely on DeFi, NFTs, and spot ETFs to buy seems insufficient to withstand the pressure for a breakout.

So, for ordinary investors, which ETH positions are worth accumulating? When is the best time to buy with the highest cost-performance ratio? These decisions need to be made based on real-time market conditions and your own risk tolerance.

Holding 2700 is no fun if we can't defend it. At that point, just wait and see who will be the last to take over.

Is 2700 really the last line of defense? It feels like we always say that... I believe big players are accumulating chips, but could this be a repeat of retail investors being the bagholders? ETH lacking a compelling story is really disappointing. The Rollup ecosystem isn't as strong as I imagined.

2700 can't hold, we're really done if it breaks. Now it's just a matter of whether the big players are truly accumulating or just selling off.

If 2700 can't hold, it's really the end... That sounds a bit scary, but big players seem to be accumulating chips reliably. How should I put it, I just don't know when it'll be our turn as small investors to get in.

If 2700 can't hold, it's really over. Everyone can see that big players are quietly picking up bargains, but I'm just worried there won't be anyone to take over later.

If I can't hold 2700, I'll just go straight to zero. Anyway, I've already become numb from the fall. The big players are accumulating chips while I'm clearing out my positions. This is our story.

If we can't hold 2700, we're done. Just wait and see how big players secretly scoop up the shares.
