On December 29th, Flow officially released an update on the attack incident, abandoning network rollback/reorganization. Partners do not need to replay transactions, and activities of legitimate users will be preserved. Over 99.9% of accounts remain unaffected and will operate normally after the restart. The Flow Foundation, in collaboration with ecosystem partners, has developed a revised remediation plan and has engaged in direct consultations with bridge operators, trading platforms, and infrastructure partners. The network will be restored in phases: Phase 1: Cadence environment goes live, EVM temporarily limited (read-only); Phase 2: Rhythm adjustment (approximately 24-48 hours); Phase 3: EVM repair and re-enablement; Phase 4: Bridge restoration, with specific recovery times to be determined by operators based on actual stability confirmation.
