A well-known wallet recently announced updates on a security incident. The official has confirmed 2,596 affected wallet addresses, and approximately 5,000 compensation applications have been received so far. However, during the review process, issues were discovered: many submissions contained false or duplicate information, and some applicants attempted to deceive to obtain compensation. The official stated that they will prioritize the accuracy of the review over processing speed, currently cross-referencing multi-dimensional data to identify genuine victims and malicious applicants one by one. Some basic data is still in the final verification stage. This incident also serves as a reminder to users: the importance of secure management of digital wallets cannot be underestimated.

Haha, this is getting interesting. Out of 5,000 applications, a bunch are fake. These people really do everything. The real victims end up waiting even longer. It's ridiculous. You still have to manage your private keys yourself, everyone. Relying on these platforms to protect you = courting death.

Oh no, trying to scam for compensation again? That's really something. Even after 2,596 wallets were scammed, someone is still trying to fish in troubled waters.

Damn, are there people trying to scam compensation? These guys are really something. Among 5,000 applications, there are a bunch of fake ones. The review must be so exhausting. Wallet security can't be taken lightly; after all, who asked you to not keep your private key safe? I feel like the official attitude this time is pretty good—better to be slow and identify the bad actors. What are the scam applicants thinking? They're really just bored and have nothing better to do.

Oh no, internal conflicts have started again. Truly the victims are caught in the middle, waiting for money to emergency fund. --- Out of 5000 applications, how many are genuine? I can see through this operation. --- Another fake application? The compensation hasn't even been received yet, and now we have to watch out for scammers... --- Official investigations are strict, but I'm worried that genuine victims will be dragged on forever. --- This is interesting. Having your wallet hacked and still needing to prove your identity yourself. --- Cross-referencing data sounds professional, but I don't really believe many of the victims can actually be distinguished. --- I just want to know if they finally compensated or not... Hopefully it won't be another endless wait. --- This is really incredible. Although the official responsibility seems good, what about the review speed? Victims can't wait.

This wave of fishy behavior is quite a lot, and the official strict review has instead made them the bad guys? The real victims are being dragged down, which is awkward. By the way, 2596 got caught but only 5000 applications... can't you do basic math? I just want to know how many can actually get compensated in the end. No worries, save your coins in your wallet first, and wait until this matter settles down. This is why you must keep your private keys safe, brothers. There's so much water in the 5000 applications, the official review must be exhausting. Transferring risk to users at the contract level, really not cool.

Haha, this is really incredible. Someone always wants to exploit for compensation. --- Out of 5000 applications, how many are just trying to scam... --- It’s true, security incidents are already outrageous, and now they have to prevent applicants from faking. The officials are really in a tough spot. --- No wonder the review process is so slow; they have to dig through each one to find out who’s lying. --- So, the risk control in the early stages really wasn’t done well, and now there’s a big mess. --- That’s why I’ve always said wallet security must be taken seriously; you can’t rely entirely on the platform. --- There are so many fake applications, and some still dare to exploit like this? Aren’t they afraid of being tracked? --- Wait, 2596 wallets received 5000 applications? The data doesn’t match up, haha. --- Prioritizing accuracy is good, so there’s no more back-and-forth later. Better to be slow than to have more issues. --- It’s tough, and this time we really need to investigate carefully; otherwise, bad actors will benefit and good people will suffer.
