Since 2012 until now, my experience of buying a house in Xiamen has been heartbreaking!



First property, bought for 1.3 million, renovated for 300,000, sold for 2.5 million, net profit of 900,000!
Second property, bought for 1.9 million, renovated for 200,000, sold for 1.9 million, net loss of 200,000!
Third property, cost 7.36 million, current market value at most 3.35 million, net loss of 4 million!
First commercial property, military ownership, ended up a total loss, all capital lost, net loss of 500,000!
Second commercial property, developer uncooperative in handling ownership, signed invalid entrusted contract, went to court, capital protected.

90-20-400-50=-380 million!
Half a lifetime of wealth has been completely deceived and tricked by shameless developers!🤣🤣🤣
