#隐私保护话题升温 Having traded for 8 years and growing my account from zero to 6 million, I finally realized one fundamental truth:

In the crypto world, it's never the bold who make money, but those who survive the longest.

Over these 8 years, I've tried everything. Chasing hot trends, going all-in, watching my account drop to zero in an instant—that feeling still lingers in my mind. But what truly allowed my account to grow steadily isn't some secret or luck; it's a very simple yet strictly followed trading framework.

Below are the practices I have repeatedly validated in live trading and continue to use to this day.

**1. Before entering, ask yourself: Has this coin been recognized by the market?**

My selection criterion is simple—top gainers list.

What technical analysis do I look at? The monthly chart. Not the daily or 4-hour charts, but the monthly trend.

If the MACD on the monthly chart hasn't crossed bullish? I wait patiently or stay out of the market altogether. Short-term K-line fluctuations only reflect market impatience; what truly changes the game is the direction of the larger cycle.

**2. The 70-day moving average is something I check daily**

Every day, I open my chart and ask myself: Is the price near the 70-day moving average?

If it dips back to touch the 70-day MA and volume increases accordingly, then I consider adding to my position.

In other situations? I do nothing. The market is abundant, but time and patience are scarce.

**3. How to enter easily, and how to exit is the real test**

Hold positions in an uptrend, but once support is broken, cut losses immediately.

I have two fixed profit-taking levels:

When profit reaches 30%, I halve my position.

When profit reaches 50%, I halve the remaining position.

Why do I do this? For one simple reason—so I never slowly slide from profit to loss. Many people refuse to exit while in profit, only to watch their gains turn into losses.

**4. The only life-saving rule**

If the price falls below the 70-day moving average, exit unconditionally. No exceptions.

This single rule has saved me from countless wipeouts. How many times did I want to buy the dip only to see the market continue crashing? This rule is the fundamental reason I can survive long-term in this market.

Thinking about it, the real challenge in crypto isn't "how to make money," but "how not to give it all back."

The simpler the trading system appears, the more brutal its execution.

The market won't reward the clever, but it will reward those who can discipline themselves.

I only do live trading and share real rules. The methods are straightforward, but they keep my account alive—that's enough.

I've walked this path, stepped into pits, and if you're truly serious about learning and executing, come on in.

It sounds like you're telling a story, but to be honest, I've been using the 70-day moving average for a while. The difference is that I often break the rules haha

ngl, the 70-day MA discipline hits different when you actually backtest it against mempool data... mathematically superior to most retail chasing wicks

That's very true, self-discipline is the hardest part. I've also been saved countless times by the 70-day moving average. There was one time I almost couldn't resist trying to bottom fish, but luckily I didn't act on it.

6 million sounds good, but I just want to ask one question... How is the 70-day moving average number calculated? Why not 50 days or 100 days? It feels a bit too absolute.
